The Accardi family has been in business on Beech Mountain for many years as a successful owner and operator of the famous Brick Oven as seen on the NC UNC station on PBS.  In addition to the Brick Oven, Superlative Properties (home maintenance and repairs) and Superlative Realty Services are now located within the same building.  They expanded their family run businesses to Frasier's where it continues to operate as a pancake house.  Ilena Accardi and her partner, Debbie Canady, now devote most of their time to their new venture:   Superlative Realty Services.  Both are members of the Avery-Watauga Association of REALTORS, North Carolina Real Estate Commission and National Association of REALTORS.  The company prides itself on keeping its clients informed and its attention to detail, from the time the customer walks in the door until the transaction is closed.
